Heritage Hotel Kastelet - Tucepi

The hotel had great service, especially from the professional and friendly staff. the location was amazing, being just a stone's throw away from the beach was very convenient for our stay. the rooms were spacious, comfortable with great decor, and spotlessly cleaned thanks to the housekeeping service.

The lack of breakfast staff, we had to wait for half an hour to be served and at times this was annoying. the parking capacity was small, which meant we had to park our car far away from our room.

The hotel is situated in a gorgeous location, offering stunning views of the sea. It's just opposite the beach with the coast right on the doorstep. Guests can revel in the beautiful setting, which is perfect for relaxation. the rooms are comfortable and properly cleaned, with spacious and spotlessly clean bathrooms. the housekeeper is excellent, ensuring everything in the room is neat and tidy. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. the hotel provides wonderful facilities, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The parking area is too small, which is frustrating for travellers with their own transport.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beachfront hotel. The staff was always smiling and welcoming, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options that kept us energized throughout the day. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach and the center of the town. We especially enjoyed the relaxing view from our quiet and cozy room, overlooking the sea and the beautiful surroundings.

The noise from the nearby pool complex, which made it difficult for us to fully relax during the day and sometimes even at night. Also, given the limited parking capacity, finding a place to park was a challenge. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near the beach.
